The eleventh edition of Didacta Italia, held in Florence at Fortezza Da Basso from March 12th to 14th, registered a record turnout with 20,000 visitors and a 15% increase in followers of the digital community.
Didacta Italia 2025 was dedicated to the 100th anniversary of INDIRE, one of the oldest research institutes of the Ministry of Education and Merit, committed to promoting innovation processes in schools.
With a total of 2,300 events and 520 participating companies, it was the largest edition ever held.
Exhibiting companies presented a wide range of innovative solutions, representing various sectors of the world of education: from publishing to furniture, technology, sports, stationery, services, museum education, tourist destinations, training and music and art education with the "Space of Arts" and the area Green.
For the 2025 edition, the presence of Universities was renewed and strengthened thanks to the collaboration with the Ministry of University and Research (MUR) – Conference of Italian University Rectors (CRUI) and AFAM (Higher Education in Arts, Music and Dance).
Didacta Italia offered a comprehensive overview of the latest trends in teaching, technology and education, confirming its importance as a reference point for continuous professional development and training, thanks to the event schedule, which included workshops, seminars, events organized by exhibitors, University events, and #SocialProf.
The active participation of experts in education, the quality of the speeches and the large audience present made this edition a significant event that responded to the challenges and opportunities of a constantly evolving field.
There was also great participation and many events in the #SocialProf area, where the most innovative personalities from the education world gathered, including ambassadors and content creators such as Elia Bombardelli, Giacomo Visconti and Maestro Libero with the event “Citizenship and inclusion through music,” a journey through music, dance and traditions of Europe to work on European citizenship and the inclusion of children.
